Orion Event Promotions will provide experienced facilitators and project managers to oversee your event from start to finish. We are able to handle all on-site logistics including site preparation, staging, sounds, lights, video projection, security and staffing, box office, clean-up, and concessions operations.
Our approach to developing an entertainment and/or educational project begins with a clear understanding of our client's mission and objectives. We are able to help our clients reach targeted consumers by developing event and entertainment marketing programs designed to launch new products and reinforce brand awareness.

Meeting Facilitation Services
Orion’s facilitation team conducts meeting, group, and retreat facilitation for executives, teams, work groups, and professional groups. Our goal is to provide the meeting structure, analytic and electronic tools, and collaborative group processes to meet a range of client outcomes and goals: teambuilding, visioning and strategic planning, creativity and innovation, annual retreats, and a variety of group brainstorming and decision-making activities.
Corporate Conference Room Rates and Services
Hourly Conference Room Rental - $35.00
Centrally located conference room for 12-15 people - rental includes coffee and tea service, water, Flipchart with easel and markers, conference phone, screen, and high speed internet access/computer usage. After hours rentals including Saturdays and Sundays are available for additional fee. Group sizes range from 2 – 20 participants at our Mt. Royal location.
Daily Conference Room Rental - $180.00
Centrally located conference room for up to 20 people for an eight hour period. Rental includes coffee and tea service, water, Flipchart with easel and markers, conference phone, screen, and high speed internet access/computer usage. Daily rental rate includes discount from hourly rate.

On site Catering Services:
Groups of 6-12 participants first hour: $125 – includes coffee and tea service, water, soft drinks and one of the following menus.
Light fare menus:
Continental Breakfast: assorted juices, rolls, bagels, and pastries.
Light Lunch: Petite Croissant sandwiches: Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef, Swiss or American Cheese, Pickle, Potato Chips.
Evening Snack: Croissant sandwiches: Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef, Swiss or American Cheese, Pickle, Potato Chips, plus granola bars, pretzels and assorted nuts
Additional hours: $35 per
Administrative and/or Food service staff: $12 per hour
Additional participants to be included for Light Fare: $7.50 per

Effective Meeting & Retreat Facilitation
Meeting and retreat facilitation involves working closely with the client to achieve high levels of participation and ensure people’s time and energy is used purposefully towards a common goal.
Our workshops and retreat facilitation help our clients:
- Clarify goals, purpose, and expected outcomes of the meeting
- Clarify agenda and group activities that support result based outcomes
- Match facilitation activities with specific target outcomes
- Facilitate the meeting to avoid derailing conversations, manage conflict, and ensure full group participation
- Capture key information—to ensure follow-up to key decisions, cataloging ideas, opinions, and assessments—that emerge from the group
- Conduct meeting evaluation to determine the effectiveness of the meeting design and objective towards achieving the group’s goals

Orion Community Outreach Alliance provides intensive outreach services throughout communities nationally to acquire the audience participation necessary for successful events such as, parties, focus groups, conferences and video productions.
