Orion Enterprises and Consulting Services, Inc., (Orion) is a female owned and managed,

implementing, managing and evaluating requests generated by public and private entities alike.
Orion Enterprises was designed and developed to assist individuals, programs, organizations, and
corporations concerned with improving their delivery of services; by designing, developing and
facilitating strategic policies, structures, procedures and practices that support Partnerships. The
assistance provided enhances and develops partnerships between state and local community
stakeholders, which include private/nonprofit organizations, public agencies and citizens.
These partnerships have created an environment for shared decision-making and accountability to
